Your primary aim will be to design compelling loyalty initiatives that not only reward customers but also create immersive and entertaining experiences that resonate with our diverse audience. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our loyalty programs align with our strategic goals and deliver value to our guests.
The role involves creating and deploying innovative loyalty and gamification strategies, analyzing customer data to refine programs, and working closely with marketing, IT, and guest experience teams to integrate initiatives across multiple platforms. You will regularly assess program performance against key metrics, manage budgets to ensure strong ROI, stay informed on industry trends, and provide training and support to team members.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline and has four to six years of experience in loyalty program management, customer engagement, or gamification. Strong analytical abilities, creative thinking, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment are essential, as is knowledge of CRM systems and loyalty software.
