You will start with a week long, one to one induction with a Director, to introduce you to the Company and how we work, including formal sales training and psychologic studies to understand candidates. * 4 Day working week achievable EVERY WEEK based on hitting targets

* Competitive starting salary and uncapped commission – up to 40% with NO thresholds or limits on earnings (£49'680 recently achieved in one month in commission)

£50'000 - £70'000 First Years Earnings + Regular Pay Reviews + No Threshold, Uncapped Commission (up to 40%) + Incentives + 25 Days Holiday (Extended 2 week Christmas Break)
