Tasks

Responsibility for quality control and performing regular quality control inspections Complete various flashing details to ensure a water-tight roofing system Conduct material inventory counts as required Install roofing insulation, substrate boards, cover boards, and membrane Complete the initial safety and technical training onboarding Rotating (1) weekend per month On-Call Schedule. Pass the 90-day introductory period. Travel is expected for this position. Ability to install the following Roofing Systems; 3-Year Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards to drive company vehicles. (If hired as a driver) Ability to operate mobile technology systems & programs. Be prepared to discuss jobs worked on, systems installed, & your role in the process. Must be trustworthy and willing to work for periods unsupervised. Consistent & Reliable Timeliness & Attendance. Previous experience with a Mobile Clock In / Clock Out System TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen Previous experience installing Metal Accessories Gutters, Downspouts, Fascia, Coping, Drip Edge, etc. Fully Adhered, Mechanically Attached, Rhinobond, etc. Minimum 3 Years in the roofing industry working in a production or service environment. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
