The successful candidate will support the Maintenance division, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring smooth overnight operations. They will work closely with the Winter Maintenance Operations Manager and field teams to uphold client service standards, compliance, and health and safety.
Key responsibilities include providing frontline enquiry support, maintaining operational systems, offering real‑time assistance to field crews, monitoring inboxes and allocating tasks, generating Health & Safety reports, managing project deliverables, and collaborating across teams for both planned and reactive operational needs.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trusted relationships, and proficiency with MS Office tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Teams. The candidate must be organised, results‑focused, resilient under pressure, and able to work both independently and as a collaborative team player with experience in client liaison and handling operational queries.
Desirable experience includes knowledge of project or programme management and previous work in winter and grounds maintenance contract management.
The Nightshift Administrator role is based in Billericay on a fixed‑term contract with the potential to become permanent. Working a 4‑on‑4‑off rotation from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am, the position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
