Senior Procurement Engineer - Mechanical

Review and analyze bid documents to fully understand the scope of work.

Develop comprehensive Bid Recording Sheets (BRS) for specific trades based on bid

Secure new and update existing subcontractor/vendor prequalifications, including

documentation, prequalifying subcontractors/vendors, and approving bid lists.

Oversee the receipt of project-specific bids and facilitate the development and

financial statement analysis and reference verification, to make informed bid or contract

Analyze and compare subcontractor bids to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and
