- 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en mécanique du bâtiment ;
- Capacité d’interpréter des plans et devis (architecture, structure, génie civil, électricité).
- Aisance avec Microsoft Office ;
- Collaborer à toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Un écosystème de trois entités, nécessitant des stratégies de ventes et développement permettant la croissance de nos services dans le volet immobilier
- Polyvalence, autonomie, aisance en communication et en négociation ;
- AEC, DEC en mécanique de bâtiment ou formation équivalente ;
- Surveiller l’avancement des travaux et rédiger des rapports de suivi ;
- Voiture et permis de conduire valide (déplacements grande région de Montréal) ;
- Esprit d’équipe et aptitudes en rédaction de rapports ;
- Bureaux de Longueuil ou Laval (stationnement gratuit)
- Un mode hybride de travail ;
