Cluster Project Officer

Description

• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project status, challenges, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the project team.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and oversee multiple infrastructure projects within the Mumbai region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and finance to drive project success.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of infrastructure development projects in alignment with Adani's business objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
