As the go‑to person for technical matters, you will keep the company up to date on operating and utilities costs, monitor invoices for technical services, and ensure contractors follow manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards. You will also oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, lighting fixtures, and other equipment, while performing routine inspections, inventory, and documentation.
You will provide strong leadership by overseeing electricians, coordinating with superiors, peers, subordinates, and vendors, and serving as the main point of contact for all maintenance services. In addition, you will monitor maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports.
- Monitor utility costs and technical service invoices.
- Ensure contractor work aligns with manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards.
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of systems.
- Lead electricians and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Produce daily and weekly maintenance activity reports.
- Work on‑site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 48 hours per week.
