Assist Production Manager in leading the team to meet performance, quality and safety targets.

-Support continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process optimisation. -Lead, support, and develop the production team to achieve daily performance KPIs. -Ensure good housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. -Manage labour, materials, and resources in line with the production schedule. -Work closely with all manufacturing departments to maximise output and efficiency. -Coordinate and control all production activities within the allocated area of responsibility.
