- Build and maintain strong, solution-focused relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams through effective collaboration

- Oversee accurate order entry, timely fulfillment, and high-quality customer service to ensure operational efficiency.

- Demands sustained physical movement and visual acuity for safe and effective task execution.
- Requires use of forklifts and material handling equipment, along with frequent bending, climbing, and reaching.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or distribution, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proficient in company systems for data entry, communication, and operational tasks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills in warehouse environments
- Full-time role (40+ hours/week) requires regular physical activity and equipment operation i nvolves frequent lifting (25–50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs.) and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office technology
- Must have HVAC product knowledge and/or technician experience working with commercial and residential HVAC products
