  • Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role within residential construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, trades, and colleagues
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire teams
