Compressed Air Systems Technician

Description

Technicians may travel to other Butler locations or customer sites and are expected to maintain a safe, clean work environment, lifting up to 70 lb as required.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot diesel technology systems, including hydraulics, electrical, and power trains
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment proactively
• Travel to other Butler or customer locations as needed
• Prioritize uncompromised safety for oneself and coworkers

Requirements

The Air System Service Technician role uses mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repair on customer agricultural equipment. Technicians work both independently and within high‑performing teams, and are encouraged to pursue lifelong learning to stay ahead of industry standards. The position offers a full‑time hourly wage ranging from $31.78 to $51.49, depending on experience.
