We’re partnering with a forward-thinking construction consultancy on a key hire: a Programme Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder construction programmes, from strategy through to successful delivery. You’ll bring clear thinking, first-class people skills, and the agility to steer programmes in fast-moving environments. Experience delivering large, high-profile programmes—ideally in healthcare—will set you apart, though backgrounds in IT or education are also welcome.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Proven track record as a Programme Manager on major construction projects (NHS/healthcare strongly preferred; IT/education considered).
• Demonstrable experience crafting persuasive business cases and delivering board-level presentations.
• Strong organisation and multi-project juggling in a pacey, change-oriented setting.
• Visible impact on complex, community-shaping programmes.
• Inclusive, collaborative culture; genuine agile/hybrid working.
• Degree (Business/Project Mgmt or related). PMP/PRINCE2/MSP advantageous.
• Sharp critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure.
• Solid grasp of programme methodologies and PMO practices (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, APM).
• Own end-to-end construction programme delivery—scope, governance, budget, risk, and benefits realisation.
