Ensure employee training is up to date and maintain training records.
Submit and track benefits and pension plan forms.

Diploma/certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Familiarity with HSE programs (e.g., FLHAs, inspections, incident reporting) and JOHSC practices.
Clear, professional communication; ability to coach field employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Valid certifications (e.g., First Aid, WHMIS) are assets; willingness to obtain/maintain required safety certifications.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and HRIS/LMS systems.
Discretion with confidential information; sound judgment and problem-solving.
Understanding of HR processes: onboarding, benefits/pension administration, absence tracking, payroll/tax documentation.
