Facilitate monthly invoicing
Financial monitoring, budget analysis, and data entries in Dillon’s financial management system
Support health and safety plan preparation and communication
Support scope change development and addition to the financial management system
Provide enhanced and embedded project support to meet unique project requirements on an as required basis, including administrative support and task coordination.
Undertake document management of pertinent project information
Initiate projects in Dillon’s financial management system
Assist with the development and maintenance of documentation in accordance with Dillon’s quality management system

Understanding of basic accounting principles, terms and financial functions

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication (written/verbal) skills
Experience in a Professional Services consulting firm (engineering/environmental/planning) is considered an asset
Post-secondary education in a project management or an administration related program is considered an asset
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
