  • Physical ability to perform field work year-round in adverse weather conditions and work around bridges, roads, rail, and tunnels
  • Experience performing NBIS inspection of various types of bridges
  • A minimum of 8 years of bridge inspection
  • Additional FHWAJNHI Training - Fracture Critical, Moveable Bridge, Tunnel, or Ancillary Structures
  • SPRAT Certified Rope Access Technician
  • Qualified NBIS team leader for bridge inspections per 23CFR650
  • Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
  • Experience with bridge engineering design and analysis software and standard Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Reliable means of transportation and willingness to travel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
