Responsible to manage a team of Maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilities service provider. Define goals, priorities, organized staff planning, staff training to ensure service levels.
Provide feedback and analysis on equipment performance and availability
Responsible to keep people working in a safe environment, applying the client Safety Policy and working with the Safety team to improve safety on site.
Responsible for equipment maintenance (All utility related equipment’s) leading a team of 3rd party technicians
Day to day reporting on contract requirements with central team of JLL
Identifying good vendors for the business needs in line with procurement guidelines
Develop and implement vendor AMCs with appropriate service levels for equipment
Follow up required material purchasing with the Procurement Team
Responsible for the overall building and facilities maintenance (Reliability, Performance, Cost, etc.)
Regular meeting with client on site operations
Develop and implement a spare part identification and maintaining stock levels
Ensure safety compliance
Develop and apply Preventive Maintenance Routines on equipment.
Manage Hard services
Manage day to day issues on equipment, defining Priorities with Operation, and organize the work with his team
Adhering to all the policy of JLL / Ethical requirements
Preparing the Management reports on contract related requirements
Control on R&M expenses / AMC expenses
Maintain a good harmony with site team
