Coordinate and track engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Contribute to the growth of the business line through Business Development activities
Act as a brand ambassador to promote and strengthen Ausenco’s presence and reputation in local markets through strategic partnerships, and market-specific initiatives
Provide support and guidance to direct reports, ensuring maintenance of a productive and engaging work environment that drives personal and professional development
Work with other leaders on proposals and estimate sign-off for technical aspects relating to the practice.
Interact effectively with clients to identify needs, evaluate alternative solutions, and identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction while deepening business relationships.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Demonstrated ability to provide technical oversight and leadership within engineering teams.
Experience managing client accounts and fostering strong client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on design experience in industrial projects with engineering consulting firms
Proven track record in proposal development and business development activities.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Western Canada and the US.
Hands-on engineering design experience, with practical involvement in project execution.
2-3 years of staff management experience, supervising small teams (5+ team members).
Ability to develop into a senior management role within a broader global consulting environment.
Proven experience in industrial plants, processes, and building systems; instrumentation and controls experience is an asset.
Ability to oversee and coordinate technical projects and work
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience. Candidates from related disciplines with relevant industrial project experience are also encouraged to apply.
