- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People & Culture, ensuring communication processes are efficient and impactful.
- Support organisational change and transformation projects through targeted communications that build awareness and alignment.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or stakeholder relations.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to go through defense clearances.
