- Play a leadership role in supporting and developing engineers in your team
- Undertake complex engineering design tasks as part of a project team
- Collaborate nationally with other technical specialists
- Independently run projects and deliver on client requirements

- Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
- Ability to solve complex engineering problems with innovative, practical solutions
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and temporary works
- CPEng and RPEQ (or working toward these)
- 5-10 years' industry experience
- Strong design experience in large buildings - concrete frame and steel structures across industrial, commercial, and retail sectors
- Strong communicator with mentoring and leadership capability
- Understanding of geotechnical and basement/retention walls, as well as seismic and wind design loads
- Five weeks annual leave after 5 years of service
