  • Maintain a professional, safe and clean environment.
  • Completes work in accordance with C&W Services Business Systems Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
  • Work with engineers, contractors and consultants in evaluating the proper operation of the building systems.
  • Respond to all HVAC trouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the critical specifications of all Data Centers and critical environments as well as operational and comfort needs of the building(s) occupants, where applicable.
  • Create and maintain all operational SOPs for site specific equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, assisting other tradesmen, and emergency repairs.
  • Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Conduct building tours, maintain equipment loss, and report deficiencies for corrective action.
  • Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facilities preventive maintenance program.
  • Climb and work off of ladders and aerial lifts safely

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Be proficient in the functionality of the BMS/EMS and understand the sequences required for proper building, equipment and system operations.
  • Strong writing skills required.
  • Experience working with capital construction projects.
  • Experience working with pneumatic controls required
  • Observant which requires seeing, hearing, and smelling
  • Education or training in HVAC, refrigeration and controls
  • Ten years’ Experience operating central plant; Steam and Chillers
  • Ability to lift 25lbs frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Minimum of Ten years field experience in down town class A office towers
