The role is pivotal in modernizing and transforming business operations through enterprise solutions and process excellence. It will work closely with the CTO, to influence and execute the Technology and Innovation roadmap and help shape the digital foundation that powers a dynamic and growing organization. Additionally, it will participate in a people first culture that values innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

The position will oversee a modern solution development involving - workflow automation, Data Analytics and Reporting, AI and digital experiences that support operations across the organization. You will partner with business teams, external vendors, and IT stakeholders to transform operational needs into scalable, user centric solutions that improve efficiency, enhance visibility, and strengthen data driven and AI powered decision making.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and solution level specifications.
• Coordinate system support with application vendors, consultants and / or inter-department teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams across operational, financial, development, and administrative functions.
• Lead solution planning, process design, configuration and enhancement, and ensuring they are scalable, user focused, and aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendor/partners to ensure solutions meet both business and technical expectations.
• Champion continuous improvement through iterative enhancements and business feedback loops.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand workflows, challenges, and desired business outcomes.
• Drive solution adoption by developing training materials, demos, documentation, and communication plans for AI rollout across the company.
• Collaborate with Financial Analysts and data teams to support our Data analytics, reporting, and data driven insights.
• Review solutions delivered in each iteration to ensure stability, scalability, and continued alignment with evolving business needs.
• Assist with training end-users with the applications.
• Showcase new capabilities and gather feedback to continually refine solution design.
• Help with drafting and maintaining training and reference documentation.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization, and standardization initiatives to modernize day-to-day operations automating processes using workflows, AI and Data.
• Define success metrics for every iteration, track adoption and business outcomes, and report value realized from AI, data, and workflow solutions.

Requirements

The Senior Manager - Real Estate Technology Solutions will lead the development, implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of our tech-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for a leader demonstrating thought leadership, who excels in process optimization, cross functional collaboration, and solution delivery across complex business environments.

Training, Adoption & Change Management

• Knowledge of SQL or interest in learning SQL.
• Power Platform/No code/low code applications development , Power BI, RPAs, SharePoint, Copilot, Copilot Studio any or all experience in M365 ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills.
• Ability to define and report success metrics tied to real business value.
• Accounting Information Systems classes a plus.
• Exposure to finance or accounting workflows within property management, development, or investment, and/or Single Family/Homebuilding Systems and operations.
• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, product ownership, or technology solutions delivery.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with modern digital platforms including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps/Power Automate, or equivalent tools.
• Proven experience supporting real estate operations (multifamily and/or single‑family strongly preferred).
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Automate/Forms - Background/Basic Knowledge and SharePoint.
• Ability to solve routine problems independently and identify potential issues with requests submitted.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ability to present possible solutions to manager or supervisor regarding more complex issues or problems.
• Ability to interpret and understand end‐user requests and ask questions to clarify needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to leverage communication technology while working with remote users.
• Strong business analysis and process design capabilities.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, workflow design, and cross‑functional solution delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience designing or supporting data‑driven and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
• An open mind for new ideas and creative methods
