The position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with prospective commercial leasing clients. The individual is responsible for achievement of revenue, leasing targets and specific client outcomes as assigned by the Reporting Manager in alignment team goals and overall business plan.

Build relationships with potential customers, leasing agents, brokers etc.
Prepare reports monthly, quarterly and annual as assigned in accordance with the agreed content, standards and timelines.
Understand and execute work related to leasing transaction and renewals of commercial projects.
MBA with 7-11 years working experience of commercial leasing of office space experience managing clients and stakeholders.
