In this role you will learn and assist with the installation, service, repair, and inspection of fire-protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial and industrial settings. You must be willing to work alternative shifts, weekends, and travel with overnight stays to meet customer or job requirements, always performing duties safely and professionally.
You will support the foreman in installing and repairing wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems, adhere to all safety policies, and maintain accurate documentation. The job requires moving equipment up to 70 lb, performing physical labor in difficult positions such as ladders and scaffolding, and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation. They should be able to work well with others, be physically capable of the apprenticeship duties, and demonstrate a positive attitude and quick learning ability.
