The role is located on‑site at a data‑center construction project and provides direct support to SourceBlue. The Project Manager oversees daily operations of one or more supply‑chain initiatives, coordinating product selection, deliveries, and subcontractor installations with internal SourceBlue teams.
Key duties include collaborating with Business Development and Pre‑Construction groups to develop scopes of work and bid packages, evaluating vendor bids, and issuing purchase orders. The manager also maintains purchasing and submittal logs, supervises product delivery, equipment start‑up, training, warranties, and documentation, while managing project budgets, financial reporting, and payment applications. All activities are performed in compliance with purchasing, risk‑management, and safety policies.
Candidates must have a minimum of eight years of commercial construction experience, with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Required expertise covers electrical, mechanical, or finished‑product technical knowledge, negotiation, estimating, scheduling, contract management, and strong project‑management capabilities. Excellent presentation, critical‑thinking, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
The position requires regular travel and the physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 25 lb (occasionally 50 lb), and work in construction environments with exposure to noise, fumes, weather, and electrical hazards.
