As State Manager, South Australia, you will lead the continued expansion of the Adelaide business. You will leverage existing relationships and early project wins while driving business development, overseeing project delivery, and building a high-performing local team. Working closely with the interstate leadership group, this role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape and scale a growing business with the full support of a national consultancy.
Provide strategic leadership across operations, team culture, and overall business performance
Identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to national growth strategies
Build on existing client relationships and drive new business across private and public sectors
Support the identification, acquisition, and delivery of the consultancy’s own development opportunities
Represent the organisation’s brand and values in the market
Strong understanding of the South Australian market and its key players
Proven experience in client-side project management and/or property development
The capability and drive to grow the revenue pipeline and expand the business
