The Summer Intern in Design/Workplace Strategy will learn the strategic approach to workplace design decisions, real‑estate drivers, space planning, and finish and specification selections, while working alongside analysts and other associates.
- Maintain and update the online design standards platform.
- Create and refresh presentation templates and reference guides using PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Conduct pricing analysis and evaluate design costs for budgeting decisions.
- Procure samples and organize the physical finish library.
- Research and recommend emerging design trends and industry standards.
