Tasks

-Mentor and guide helpers and junior staff in proper techniques and safety practices. -Ensure all materials are securely anchored and aligned, ensuring water-tight and structurally sound installations. -Install all panel types, and hardware systems by project specifications. -Maintain tools, materials, and work area in a safe, clean condition. -Maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site. -Work near moving mechanical parts -Strictly follow all safety regulations and always wear appropriate PPE. -Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to determine layout and installation procedures. -Collaborate with Foreman and other trades to meet project deadlines and resolve on-site issues. -Maintain tools and equipment in clean and working conditions, report issues or damage promptly. -Supports Disciplinary Program.. -Load and unload materials and equipment; transport items to designated areas on-site. -Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades on-site. -Attend and contribute to Toolbox Talks, Safety Meetings, and Daily Huddles as required. -Identify and resolve installation issues or deviations from plan in real-time. -Participate in Toolbox Talks, Safety Meetings, and Daily Huddles regularly. -Measure, cut, and fit metal components accurately using hand tools and power equipment. -Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines, always wearing PPE.

What You Bring

-Physical ability to operate equipment in various weather conditions. -Must be punctual and able to follow instructions from leadership. -Ability to work on lifts, scaffolding, and exterior heights. -The incumbent will occasionally be required to lift but not limited to 50 lbs. -Reliable transportation. -Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb for extended periods. -The incumbent will be exposed to the loud noise of construction equipment and traffic. -Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and best practices used in cladding systems. -Extreme heat (non- weather) -OSHA 10 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). -2–4 years of experience in wall cladding, exterior paneling, or a related construction trade. -Willingness to travel to different job sites as required. -Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. -Experience working with aluminum composite material (ACM), metal panel systems, or rainscreens preferred. -Ability to read and interpret construction documents and layout drawings.
