Thoroughly understand all relevant Atlanta industrial submarket dynamics and help establish internal investment strategies based on real time market intelligence
Represent Stream IDS at relevant local conferences, brokerage activities, and networking events
Present proposed development projects to Investment Committee as well as to relevant external audiences (capital partners, cities, municipal agencies, neighborhood outreach groups, etc.)
Effectively communicate and collaborate with all teammates and internal stakeholders
Foster and grow relationships within the local brokerage community
Quarterback the deal process from land sourcing through project disposition
Spearhead the negotiations of deal-related documents throughout the life of a project from purchase and sale agreements through tenant leases
