Maintain professional worksite: Ensure a clean, organized, and professional worksite, paying attention to detail, taking pride in workmanship, and solving problems for customers.
Take initiative: Proactively assist in projects, demonstrating autonomy in a high-expectation, low-supervision environment to drive project success.
Work with office staff: Order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services.

Experience: Comfortable using power tools and hand tools - personally or professionally. Preference for having worked with carpentry, electric, military, HVAC, or similar.
License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Tests: Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required. COVID-19, flu, and other vaccinations may be required.
Learn to be a Piedmont Door Technician: Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and other entrance or security products
Skills: Ability to stand, bend, and/or climb for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment; lift 75+ pounds; work at heights/use a ladder
Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
