- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
- Lead team of network engineers, providing guidance and training.
- Support material tracking, issue resolution, and field performance reviews.
- Enforce safety practices, QA/QC standards, and accurate documentation.
- Interface with OMS Engineers, Project Management, and Safety teams.
- Manage daily tasks and priorities for on-site teams.

- Proven leadership capabilities and mentorship experience.
- Regular attendance is mandatory
- Must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
- 3+ years in network infrastructure.
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional, and help create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s).
- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentation(s).
- FOA CFOT, BICSI Tech, or OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
- Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- 4-6+ years of field experience in telecom or cabling infrastructure.
- Must be able to work at various heights on a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to see and distinguish different colors, read small print, and hear and recognize audible signals such as dial tones.
