Ability to prioritize assignments
The ROW Technical Specialist should have experience in acquisition and negotiation of right of way and easements, relocation assistance, reading and interpreting title reports, closings, condemnation, reading and interpreting right of way and construction plans, and experience and understanding of the Uniform Relocation Act.
Requires good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. Must be able to write clearly and prepare reports & correspondence.
Prequalified with, or the ability to become prequalified, with TDOT
Good driving record
