Develop and implement work management policies and processes.
Conduct self-assessment for Delivery work management processes to ensure compliance and controls.

B.S. Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent plus 4 years of related experience in some of the following areas: Logistics and procurement, Cost/Controls, Scheduling, Vendor/Projects interface, and Construction projects
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of experience (logistics and procurement; Cost/controls; Scheduling; Vendor/Projects interface; and Construction projects) including at least 3 years of SAP, and Excel data analysis and reporting.
Understanding Procurement Procedures
SAP experience, analytical and financial acumen.
Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.
Knowledge of invoice payments and processing
Demonstrated customer/client/vendor skills, strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all management levels.
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
