

Develops, finances, builds and operates utility-scale solar and energy storage projects globally.
The position is key to executing the regional power‑market strategy for Europe, focusing on developing and implementing off‑take strategies for projects in the pipeline. This includes securing Power Purchase Agreements, BESS tolling agreements, and other innovative structured transactions with utilities, corporates, and data‑center developers, initially targeting Southern Europe and the UK before expanding further.
Core duties involve identifying market opportunities for renewable energy and BESS off‑take across the EMEA region, working with suppliers to design bankable revenue structures, and negotiating heads of terms, PPAs and tolling contracts alongside legal, finance and commercial teams. The role also requires creating power‑marketing solutions that optimise funding and staying abreast of European energy policy and market trends.
Candidates must have deep knowledge of European utility‑scale power markets and several years’ experience negotiating long‑term PPAs. A proven record of originating and executing complex renewable energy projects, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels are essential. Fluency in English and either Italian or Greek is required.

They should communicate effectively, act with integrity and professionalism, and bring creative thinking to adapt to market developments and generate value.
