Window & Door Installer - Myrtle Beach

Description

The Installer will perform safe and effective installations following company SOPs and PPE protocols while delivering a 5‑star customer experience.

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door frames, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Thoroughly clean the work area, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse
• Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and an HSA with company match

Requirements

• Have experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a strong desire to learn
• Possess basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Use a smart phone or device for two‑factor authentication into company systems

Benefits

The hourly compensation is estimated at $17‑$20, with final pay depending on background, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
