Prepare fee proposals and negotiate professional service agreements.

Promote opportunities for repeat business and expanding into adding clients through good service delivery and creating highly favorable references through the effective coordination administration and communication of project tasks.
Monitor metrics and course correct as necessary while holding self and others accountable.
Actively participate in the recruitment and development of diverse and talented team members.
Train junior team members with a focus on building technical skills and competencies.
Prepare deliverables such as time impact analysis report, quantification of damages, OKR, and claims assessment.
Create development opportunities and plans for direct reports and teams; provide ongoing feedback.
