- Lead, mentor, and support the project delivery team.
- Manage pre-construction planning, scope reviews, and installation methods.
- Drive projects to safe, on-time, and on-budget completion.
- Oversee supply chain engagement, subcontractor performance, and commercial issues.
- Build strong client relationships and represent the business at industry events.
- Ensure health & safety and technical compliance across all activities.
- Work with commercial teams to manage costs, contracts, risks, and profitability.
- Lead mechanical project delivery from pre-construction to handover.

They are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of major projects from bid and pre-construction through to completion. You’ll ensure safety, compliance, quality, and profitability while developing strong client relationships and leading a high-performing team.
- IT proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
- Commercial awareness, with knowledge of P&L and cost management.
- Recognised mechanical engineering qualifications, plus H&S certifications (e.g. SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS/ECS).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages within data centres or mission-critical projects.
