Provide restorative care such as range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and bowel and bladder training.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident rooms and common areas, performing daily and deep cleaning as needed.
Follow safety, compliance, and infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and universal precautions.
Provide direct care with compassion, professionalism, and respect for resident rights.
Uphold resident rights, ensuring care is provided with respect, dignity, and confidentiality.
Assist nurses with vital signs, weights, admissions, and other clinical or administrative tasks as assigned.

Benefits
Shift differential for aides is $2.25 throughout the week on 2nd and 3rd shift and then starting Friday at 3p until Monday at 7a all shifts get $2.95 on hour*
