Make decisions that support the customer, the team, and the company simultaneously.
Measure, mark, and cut aluminum composite panels using CNC routers, panel saws, shears, or other cutting equipment.
Fabricate ACM/MCM metal panels with attention to panel joints and structural performance.
Balance safety, quality, and efficiency in every fabrication process.
Keep fabrication areas clean and organized, returning tools and materials to their proper locations.
Inspect fabricated panels for dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and consistency before delivery or installation.
Review daily work assignments with the superintendent and plan fabrication tasks accordingly.
Fabricate panels according to precise dimensions and tolerances.
Rout, fold, bend, and form ACM panels using brake presses, routers, and clamping systems.
Take ownership of your work area and communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates.
Set a high standard for quality, organization, and attention to detail in every project.
Work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet client expectations.
Continue learning new fabrication techniques and technologies for ACM systems.
Identify fabrication challenges and implement creative, effective solutions.
Maintain fabrication equipment, ensuring blades, bits, and tooling are in proper working condition.
Assemble panels using fasteners, adhesives, and sealants as specified in fabrication manuals or drawings.
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine material needs, layouts, and fabrication sequences.
Communicate material shortages, equipment issues, or design discrepancies to the superintendent promptly.
Support teammates by maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized shop.

Demonstrate pride in craftsmanship through accurate layout, cutting, bending, and panel assembly.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery (brake press, shear, router, etc.).
Basic math and measurement skills, including ability to convert fractions and decimals.
Adapt to design changes, field conditions, and material variations with precision and professionalism.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Relentless Problem Solving
Strong attention to detail, precision, and safety awareness.
Forklift or material handling experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing, ideally with ACM or panel systems.
Lead Well
PTO eligibility after 90 days.
Experience fabricating ACM panels
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with CNC routing and computer-based layout software.
