This role will utilize SharePoint for documentation administration, which includes managing desk-level procedures and requests, tracking training quiz scores and statistics, and identifying/implementing process improvement workflows that will streamline training and documentation.
Collaborates with teams within the division to understand documentation change requests, discuss upcoming projects or initaitive that may impact procedural or training documentation.
Analyze current processes to identify opportunities to streamline work activities and modernize our training curriculum and delivery.
Requires support of department projects and initiatives to ensure training / documentation is aligned with projects and changes to processes.
The primary responsibly of the role is focused on curriculum development including the creation of desk-level procedures, quiz questions, training activities, facilitation guides, computer-based training courses, as well as documentation maintenance.
