Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, accessibility guidelines, and zoning laws.
Assist in preparing technical specifications, BOQs, and construction documentation.
Coordinate closely with Structural and Service consultants to ensure seamless integration.
Work closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Create and review architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and technical documents.
Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.
Oversee construction progress to ensure design integrity and compliance with standards.
Integrate green building principles, energy efficiency, and sustainability into designs.
Ensure functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions for diverse building typologies.
Develop working drawings and architectural details .
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration.
Develop innovative concept designs and detailed architectural drawings.
Prepare presentations for clients, design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Familiarity with LEED, Griha or IGBC standards.
Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and project management.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and parametric design tools is a plus.
Strong inclination to aesthetics supported with design portfolio demonstrating expertise in these sectors.
Min 10 years of experience in design/ execution of healthcare/ hospitality/ education, or sports projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from a reputed institution.
