• Establish and communicate clear objectives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with corporate goals and customer commitments.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of engineering initiatives to meet production and development objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including R&D, manufacturing, and quality — to enable smooth introduction of new technologies and customer requirements.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization through effective leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive yield, quality, and process improvement programs to enhance efficiency, reliability, and throughput.

• Proven experience leading engineering operations within a semiconductor, precision manufacturing, or optical technology environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Strong track record in CAPEX planning, tool qualification, and process optimization.
• Deep understanding of yield and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop managers and technical teams in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
