A video interview may be part of the application process.
Compensation includes a £25,000 basic salary and on‑target earnings of £37,000, supplemented by an additional commission scheme and access to company‑wide incentive programmes. Full‑time hours are 8:30 am–6:00 pm on four weekdays and 9:00 am–5:00 pm on Saturdays.

Your journey begins with one week of purpose‑built training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, featuring one‑to‑one and group sessions led by industry experts and a fully‑paid hotel stay where applicable, followed by an exciting second week of training within the first five to six weeks of employment.
Additional information includes an Employee Assistance Programme offering up to six support sessions, eye‑test and glasses benefits subject to policy terms, a referral scheme, and a requirement to reimburse training costs if you leave within the first 12 months.
