Proven track record working with major developers and transport/infrastructure authorities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Experience with key entities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, ADM, DMT is considered highly beneficial.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
In-depth knowledge of contract management, including contract administration, compliance, claims mitigation, claims evaluation and resolution, working with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC).
Professional registration (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum of 18 years’ experience in construction management, with a strong track record on roads and bridges projects. Previous experience as a Senior Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer is required.
