Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities with ease.
Experience or familiarity with the insurance industry is a definite advantage.
A background in Business, Marketing, or a related field (a bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required if experience speaks for itself).
A proven track record of success in sales, especially in relationship-driven roles.
Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
Most importantly: you're driven, proactive, and skilled at building lasting professional relationships.
Excellent communication and people skills-you know how to connect, listen, and build trust.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team setting.

Second-year commission potential: up to $50,000+

Earn a base salary between: $45,000-$65,000
