What you would be doing
- Monitoring properties' affordable housing program to ensure that all target numbers are met.
- Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place which will be reviewed on all pre-move in and re-certification files. During the review of all files it is imperative that the specialist ensures that each resident file contains all required and acceptable documentation/verifications.
- Reviewing all site move-in certification files to make sure that all households are income qualified before the households move in ready
