The position involves coordinating maintenance employee timesheets, attendance, and vacation requests, as well as maintaining hard‑copy equipment, pressure vessel and relief valve record files. You will assist in creating and updating equipment records, bills of materials, and new equipment in SAP/Meridium, and manage the Reliability Group project database, open MOCs, AFEs, and ESRs. Additional duties include entering work order findings and equipment failure data into SAP, tracking procedure reviews and service agreements, and serving as the primary administrator for the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).
You will keep the Maintenance/Reliability website current, update KPI graphs, compile monthly reports and metrics, and distribute new or updated drawings and manuals to supervisors. The role also requires taking, typing, and distributing meeting minutes, reviewing contractor data, verifying completed work, and entering service receipts. Supporting VIM processes, designing reports in Access, creating forms in Excel and Word, ordering office supplies, and coordinating department lunches are also part of the responsibilities.
The minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, with 5 years of clerical experience (or 3 years plus an associate degree). Accounting experience is preferred, and strong familiarity with SAP, Workday, MS Office applications, EDMS, and Meridium is strongly preferred. A high degree of professionalism is expected.
Physical demands include primarily office or control‑room work with frequent sitting, standing, and walking, occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching, and the ability to lift up to 25 lb. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. The employee must be able to respond to audible emergency alarms and evacuate when required.
