Monitor the flow of all work with the objective of improving Construction team productivity, cost, schedule performance, and safety.
Provide assistance to offshore Construction team members as required during survey and execution phases of the work.
Monitor design deliverable dates and work pack progress.
Participate in constructability reviews and similar sessions as required.
Review Project completed work packs and documentation on receipt from offshore/ onshore, if necessary, arrange missing documentation to facilitate As- built process close out.
Mentor other E & I Workpack Engineers, providing valuable guidance on both technical and project related issues
Ensure all construction work pack preparation for offshore and onshore projects completed in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
Provide estimates for costs and schedules, propose construction installation options where installation could be easier.
Packs to include all site activities that need to be considered, Destruct, installation, inspection, site testing and commissioning and any specialists vendors works etc.
Prepare full detailed description of the work required to be carried out from a given scope of work and specifications.
Prepare method statements, job cards with hours using DPE Norms and covering all jobs personnel employed for the tasks, and final acceptance sheets.

Offshore experience is must, whilst ADNOC experience is desired.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of ten (10+) years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region
Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
Experience of working in a multi - project / multi - disciplined environment
