- Ensure accurate data capture of audits for reconciliation by asset administrators
- Conduct container audits, cleaning and stocktakes
- Maintain warehouse/yard cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety standards
- Travel to remote RTIO & BHP sites to assist in testing and tagging activities
- Managing tooling containers, consumables, and spare parts for various sites across Western Australia
- Maintain equipment certification standards and ensure testing and tagging are up to date
- Support general yard coordination and assist with asset movements as required

- Rigging qualification for testing & tagging of lifting equipment (highly regarded)
- Previous experience with mining, maintenance, logistics or warehousing (3-5 years preferred)

- High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous maintenance/project experience (highly regarded)
- Previous site experience & ability to undertake site visits
