The Insurance Analyst role partners with corporate and asset‑based stakeholders to provide operational and administrative support for all insurance‑related matters. Working closely with insurance management, brokers and the business, you will help manage GPT’s insurance programme, mitigate risks, maintain compliance across assets, and implement efficiencies.
In this position you will ensure day‑to‑day insurance operations run smoothly, verify supplier and tenant insurance compliance, maintain policy documentation, manage broker relationships and claims, monitor escrow accounts, and contribute to risk analysis and process‑improvement projects.
